Gender-Equitable Academic Career Development

UZH maintains a balanced gender ratio until the postdoctoral academic career phase. From the postdoc phase onwards, Gender Equality Monitoring shows that the proportion of women decreases at each career phase. Yet according to its Gender Policy Code of Conduct, UZH strives to achieve genuine equality between women and men at all levels. An important key to achieving this equality is to promote gender equality in all phases of academic career development.
